General

What is MyAlgoAgent?

We are a professional trade‑copy platform with a catalog of plug‑and‑play strategies. You choose a plan and activate bundles after checkout.

Which brokers will I need?

FX plan requires two OANDA accounts. Equities plan requires two Alpaca accounts and one Tradier account. All‑in includes all five.

Do I need multiple brokerage accounts?

Yes. Each strategy bundle runs on its own follower account. We provide step‑by‑step setup guides for OANDA, Tradier, and Alpaca during onboarding.

FX (OANDA)

Can I have more than one OANDA account?

Yes. Most clients can hold multiple live OANDA accounts under the same profile (for example, a USD account and a GBP account).

Can both OANDA accounts be under the same login?

Yes. You can typically open multiple live accounts under one OANDA profile. They appear as separate accounts in your OANDA dashboard and are funded separately.

Can one OANDA account follow both FX bundles?

No. Each bundle requires its own follower account to keep risk, positions, and execution clean and independent.

Do you trade during major news?

FX strategies avoid high‑impact news periods.

Equities (Alpaca + Tradier)

Do I need a margin account?

No. You can copy to cash accounts for long‑only trades. Margin is optional and only needed if you want to allow short trades.

Do equities strategies trade overnight?

No. Equities strategies trade only during regular market hours.

Risk & Controls

Can I start with a small account?

Yes. We size trades as a percentage of your equity, so strategies can run on small accounts as well as large ones.

Are trades identical to the master?

The trade direction is the same, but your position size is calculated from your account balance and risk settings, not copied 1:1.

Can I pause or stop strategies?

Yes. You can pause, restart, or swap strategies from your dashboard at any time.

Are profits guaranteed?

No. All trading involves risk. We provide disciplined execution and risk control, not guaranteed returns.
